I can offer no suggestions for improvement and cannot objectively justify my rating of 4 stars vice 5 except that I had some difficulty with the organization and indexing when searching for a particular model variation. This is an exceptionally well-researched and well-presented treatise on the history, models, and variations of Smith & Wesson. It includes many photographs and technical descriptions to identify specific models and variations.

Instead of dealing with the hassle of returning, I glued it back in place. Purchased used, described as 'good condition'. I expected SOME wear.As soon as I removed the dust jacket, the book's spine fell off.

this is the kind of book that makes collecting fun. Excellent value. Great pictures and the writing is as informative as I hoped it would be.

The detail is good and complete. This is an excellent book on the many Smith & Wesson models.

A must have for any Smith fan. More than I could have imagined. Great historical information.
